From Bologna, professional taster and gourmet coffee expert, Leonardo Lelli is a real expert of special selections produced all around the world. His expertise is widely acknowledged: he takes part in international juries (Concurso Nacional de Cafés de calidad ExpoCafè Perù 2012) and is present on several specialized magazines.
He prefers to let his work speak for him, rather than his certificates: since 1996 he has been running his personal coffee roasting plant with extreme consistency. His sister Lisa helps him: “This job requires constant learning, but Leonardo is used to look forward. Always”.
