Taste seeking
An important part of our work is to transmit the culture of coffee, providing all the tools to learn how to better appreciate every otherwise hidden aspect of the coffee.
You can enter a museum and get bored by a lot of identical paintings, but if you let an expert guide accompany you, those paintings start talking and, by showing all their beauty, you start perceiving and understanding them.
Sharp and low aromas, aftertastes, acidities and persistence make our history of art, as well as technical tastings, methods of milling and extraction, preparation times and combinations. But above all it is made of names, hands and places linked to each single coffee bean.
For this reason, we provide consultancy services and organize workshops and training courses for professionals – restaurateurs, barmen, dealers – and for enthusiasts. Like all things which drive our passion, the more you know them, the more you want to go deeper.
You can also bear in mind that coffee is the second world market after that of petroleum, but this is not enough: quality can be successfully pursued only through passion.
