: Honduras, Santa Barbara Dept., Finca San Josè, plantation at about 1300mt asl. Microlot of the Finca called El Naranjal (i.e. The Oranges Plantations); the coffee plants are the oldest of the Finca, because they are more than 80 years old.

: Arabica washed, Caturra and Catuaì varieties. Double fermentations: the aerobic one for about 18-26 hours, then the anaerobic one for other 24 hours.
